Το εστιατόριο Ελιές & Δάφνες άνοιξε τις πόρτες του τον Αύγουστο του 2018, με σκοπό να προσφέρει στους κατοίκους και επισκέπτες της Αλεξανδρούπολης μια νέα γευστική πρόταση βασισμένη στον γαστρονομικό πλούτο της Θρακικής γης και θάλασσας.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης Θανάσης Τσερκέζης και ο διακεκριμένος σεφ Δημήτρης Μασμανίδης δίνουν τον καλύτερό τους εαυτό για να απολαύσετε δημιουργικά πιάτα που συνδυάζουν τη φαντασία με την παράδοση, σε ένα κομψό και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον.
